Beth became interested in higher education administration while earning an MFA in Theatrical Design which lead her to complete a PhD from the University of Minnesota in Educational Policy and Administration. Beth's work has taken her from working in museums and theatres to higher education. While much of her work has focused on the cultural and creative industries, she now uses her holistic perspective at the School of Pharmacy at UW-Madison as the Director of Assessment helping the programs work on reaccreditation and assessment priorities.
